J.T. Excavating played a key role in the Mitchell Subdivision project, where our team was responsible for completing the entire underground infrastructure for this major future residential development. The subdivision is designed to accommodate a total of 78 residential lots, along with two large apartment blocks, making it a significant addition to the growing community. A major component of the project was the installation of a large pump station tank, which plays a critical role in managing sanitary flow and supporting the subdivision’s overall servicing capacity. This work required precise excavation, coordination with engineering plans, and strict attention to safety and quality control.
