Sunvale is an ongoing large development project in the town of Durham, J.T. Excavating completed all earthwork land moving and leveling, we then completed a full site service for this future 77-unit project. As each section moves closer to completion, we work to install electrical services, streetlights, and telecommunications. Once the final stages are in play we complete all road building, curbs, and asphalt.
