Pretty River is a large‑scale residential development located in Collingwood, Ontario, where J.T. Excavating played a major role from the earliest stages through to near‑final site completion. Our team was responsible for completing all earthworks and land‑moving operations, preparing the site to meet engineered elevations and construction requirements for this new subdivision. In addition to mass excavation and grading, J.T. Excavating carried out full site servicing and underground infrastructure installation, ensuring the development was equipped with reliable systems to support long‑term residential use. Just a few months after initial construction activities, J.T. Excavating returned to the site to complete the next major phase of development. This included road construction, curb installation, and asphalt paving, transforming the site from a serviced subdivision into a fully accessible and functional neighborhood. With a total of 90 residential units, the Pretty River subdivision is now fully prepared for its next stages of development.
